In Estonia the rules are that:
You can`t go to school during quarantine.
If you come from a trip then you must stay at home for at least 2 weeks.
You can only go to the shop if you`re gonna buy food.
In U.S.A the rules are that:
Breaking a federal quarantine order is punishable by fines and imprisonment.
You can`t go out with people to stop the spread of the virus.
The boarders are locked down witch means you can`t go traveling
